FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about the UNDY Club.

How do I join the UNDY Club?

Simply create an account on undy.ch. It is free, with no commitment, and you immediately receive 200 points (CHF 2.-) as a welcome gift.

Do my points expire?

Your points remain valid as long as your account is active. After a long period of inactivity (12 months without an order), they may expire, so make the most of them!

How do I use my points?

From 100 points, open the Smile widget at the bottom right and generate a discount code. Then apply this code in your basket: it works instantly.

How many friends can I refer?

There is no limit. Refer as many friends as you like: you receive CHF 10.- for every friend who places their first order.

When do I receive my referral reward?

As soon as your friend has placed their first order, your CHF 10.- voucher is automatically credited to your account, usually within 24h.

Can I combine vouchers and points?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. You can choose between using your points or a referral voucher, whichever suits you best.

Where can I see my points?

Click on the Smile widget at the bottom right of every page (once logged in). There you will see your balance, your history and your redemption options.

Does the programme cost anything?

No, the UNDY Club is completely free. No membership fee, no commitment, just benefits.
