How does the UNDY subscription work?
You choose between the boxer subscription, the sock subscription and the combo subscription, then your size. Every month, a branded item is sent to your letterbox. The brand is not known in advance: it is revealed when you open it.
How much does a subscription cost?
The boxer subscription costs CHF 13.90 per month with Undy Flex and CHF 13.50 per month with Undy Plus, paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months. Bought individually, a boxer costs CHF 15.90. Delivery is included in every case.
What is the difference between Undy Flex and Undy Plus?
Undy Flex is paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Undy Plus is paid once for 3, 6 or 12 months, works out cheaper per month and can be cancelled for the end of the chosen term.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or cancel in your customer account, with no minimum term and no fees.
Which sizes do you offer?
Boxers range from S to XL, socks from 39 to 46. You can change your size at any time in your customer account.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post, in two to three working days. Delivery is free, with no minimum order value. We do not deliver to Germany, Austria or France.
How do I know which brand I will receive?
Not until you open it. We buy directly from the brands and take what is available in large quantities: that is what makes the price possible, and why the brand is not announced in advance.
What is the Premium brand selection?
The Surprise selection draws on the whole range. The Premium selection is limited to Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, HUGO, BOSS, DKNY, Lacoste, Gant, Armani Exchange and Diesel, for a surcharge.
Are the items originals?
Yes. They are original branded items, bought directly from the brands. No secondary lines, no counterfeits, no seconds.
How do I use an UNDY gift voucher?
Via the “Redeem a voucher” page. Enter the code printed on your voucher, then choose your size and start month.
I received a voucher bought from another shop. What should I do?
Vouchers bought from geschenkparadies.ch, cadeaux24.ch, geschenkidee.ch or ideecadeau.ch must first be activated on the activation page of the shop in question. Enter your code there and you will receive the activation link that takes you straight to your UNDY subscription.
Can I upgrade my voucher when I redeem it?
Yes. When you activate it, you can switch to the combo subscription, extend the term from 3 to 6 or 12 months, or choose the Premium selection. You only pay the difference from the voucher price. With no upgrade, there is nothing to pay.
When does my gift subscription start?
You choose the start month from three possible months when you activate it. Parcels are sent mid-month; activations received up to and including the 12th can still be sent the same month.
Does the gift subscription renew automatically?
No. A gifted subscription ends at the end of the chosen term, with no renewal and no extra costs. The recipient chooses their own size.
Is UNDY available without a subscription?
Yes. The Signature Box is a one-off purchase: seven branded boxers in a single size, delivered in a gift box. No further deliveries follow and no payment is repeated.
Can I have several subscriptions?
Yes. Each subscription is managed separately in your customer account, with its own size and its own term.
What happens if I move house?
Change your delivery address in your customer account. If this month's parcel is about to be sent, write to us at info@undy.ch and we will correct the address.
Is payment secure?
Payment goes through Shopify's payment system over an encrypted connection. UNDY does not store any card details.

How much does the subscription cost and how flexible is it?
The boxer subscription costs CHF 13.90 per month with Undy Flex, which is paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time. With Undy Plus, paid once for 3, 6 or 12 months, it costs CHF 13.50 per month. Why is branded underwear cheaper with a subscription?
Because we buy directly from the brands, in large quantities and on a tight margin. In return, what is sent each month depends on what is available in quantity: the brand is therefore not known in advance and is revealed when you open the box. All items are originals, neither second lines nor counterfeits.
What is the difference between the Surprise selection and the Premium selection?
The Surprise selection draws on the entire range, from Nike and Adidas to Tommy Hilfiger. The Premium selection is limited to Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, HUGO, BOSS, DKNY, Lacoste, Gant, Armani Exchange and Diesel, for a surcharge. You choose when ordering and can change it later in your customer account.
What do you give a man who has everything?
A gift subscription is unwrapped with the very first box and then continues every month, for 3, 6 or 12 months. What you give is a voucher: the recipient chooses their size and start month, which avoids getting the size wrong. The voucher is sent immediately by email as a PDF, or in a rigid gift box with a personal card and, depending on the box, Lindor chocolates, a leather notebook with pen or a winter set. The gift subscription ends automatically and does not renew.
How do I redeem an UNDY gift voucher?
A voucher bought on undy.ch is redeemed on the “Redeem a voucher” page: you enter the voucher code and choose your size and start month. A voucher bought on geschenkparadies.ch, cadeaux24.ch, geschenkidee.ch or ideecadeau.ch is first activated on the activation page of the shop in question, which then provides the activation link leading to UNDY. In both cases, the subscription starts in the month you choose from three possible months; parcels are sent in the middle of the month, and activations received up to and including the 12th can still be sent the same month.
