Shipping Policy

Delivery area

Orders are shipped exclusively for delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery abroad is not currently possible.

Delivery address

The delivery address given at the time of ordering cannot be changed subsequently. For subscriptions, the address can be changed at any time in the customer account, provided that the next delivery has not yet been dispatched.

Delivery times

A provisional delivery date is provided with the order confirmation. Undy.ch states delivery times for guidance only: they are not contractually binding, and delays may occur due to production or delivery problems. All information on availability and delivery times is provided without guarantee and may be changed at any time.

Delivery delays

If a delivery deadline cannot be met, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract from the 30th calendar day after the originally stated delivery date. Undy.ch will refund the amount already paid. No further claims by the buyer are accepted.

Undy.ch furthermore reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders free of charge due to external circumstances beyond its control.

Receipt of goods

The order is shipped at the buyer's risk. The goods delivered must be checked immediately for accuracy, completeness and any transport damage.

Damage to the ordered goods as well as incorrect or incomplete deliveries must be reported to info@undy.ch within five calendar days of receipt. Each case is examined individually.

Shipping costs

Delivery is free for all active subscriptions, straight to your letterbox with Swiss Post.
