Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on undy.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms set out below.

General principle

For reasons of hygiene, Undy.ch does not grant any right of return on its products. All refunds are excluded, except in the cases expressly provided for below.

Undy Flex: monthly subscription

The Flex subscription can be cancelled at any time from the customer account, with immediate effect, provided that the next delivery has not yet been dispatched. If the current month's delivery has already been dispatched, the cancellation takes effect from the following month. No refund is granted if the customer cancels.

Undy Plus: prepaid subscription

The prepaid subscription is paid in a single payment for 3, 6 or 12 months. Early cancellation or a refund is not possible on the part of the customer. At the end of the term, the subscription renews automatically, unless it has been cancelled beforehand in the customer account.

Gift subscription

The gift subscription expires automatically at the end of the chosen period, without renewal. No refund is granted once the first delivery has been dispatched.

Cancellation by Undy.ch

If Undy.ch cancels a subscription on its own initiative, giving at least 14 days' notice, the remaining value of the subscription will be refunded pro rata or, where possible, dispatched in a single delivery to close the subscription.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

In the event of a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, please contact our customer service at info@undy.ch within five calendar days of receipt. Each situation is examined individually. No refund is granted; a replacement delivery may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Size change

Within an active subscription, the size for subsequent deliveries can be changed at any time directly in the customer account on undy.ch.
