Subscription Terms

These terms govern the subscriptions offered on undy.ch. By taking out a subscription, you accept the terms set out below.

Mystery Boxers Subscription / Mystery Socks Subscription / Mystery Combo Subscription

Undy.ch offers three types of subscription:

  • Mystery Boxers Subscription: 1 branded boxer per month
  • Mystery Socks Subscription: 1 pair of branded socks per month
  • Mystery Combo Subscription: 1 boxer + 1 pair of socks per month

Each subscription is available as Flex (monthly) or Undy Plus (prepaid).

Undy Flex: monthly subscription

Automatic monthly billing. Cancellation possible at any time, with immediate effect, provided that the next delivery has not yet been dispatched.

  • Automatic renewal every month
  • Cancellation via your customer account, with no notice period
  • If the current month's delivery has already been dispatched, the cancellation takes effect from the following month
  • The subscription can be paused at any time
  • Size and delivery address can be changed at any time in the customer account

Undy Plus: prepaid subscription

Single payment for 3, 6 or 12 months. No refund or early cancellation possible. Automatic renewal at the end of the term, unless cancelled beforehand.

  • Available as a 3, 6 or 12 month plan
  • Full payment when ordering
  • No early cancellation or partial refund
  • Automatic renewal at the end of the term: can be cancelled before the renewal date via the customer account
  • The subscription can be paused at any time

Gift subscription

Single payment, limited term. No automatic renewal. The subscription expires automatically at the end of the chosen period.

  • Available as a 3, 6 or 12 month plan
  • Single payment at purchase
  • Automatic expiry without renewal
  • Non-refundable once the first delivery has been dispatched

Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer account on undy.ch:

  • Change your size
  • Update your delivery address
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel your Flex subscription

Delivery problems

If there is a problem with a delivery (missing, damaged or incorrect item), please contact our customer service at info@undy.ch. Each case is examined individually and dealt with as quickly as possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Jura have exclusive jurisdiction.
