Mystery Boxer
Every month, a branded boxer arrives in your letterbox. You choose your size at the start, and everything else happens without you. Which brand and which colour arrive, you find out when you open the box.
How does the subscription work?
You choose your size and your plan, then place a single order. After that, a delivery goes out every month: a flat box that fits through the letterbox, with a branded boxer in your size. The boxers come in sizes S to XL, and you can change your size at any time in your customer account.
What is the difference between Undy Flex and Undy Plus?
Undy Flex is paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time, with no minimum term. Undy Plus is paid once for 3, 6 or 12 months: the price per month is lower, it stays fixed for the whole term, the subscription renews at the end of the chosen period and can be cancelled at any time. Either way, each boxer costs less than buying it individually, and delivery is included.
Why is the brand a surprise?
Every delivery is a chance to discover a new branded boxer. You choose your size, then we select the model: the brand, colour and pattern are revealed when you open your box. This way you vary your styles and discover boxers you might not have chosen yourself. You may even find your new favourite boxer brand.

What does the Premium selection change?
The Surprise selection draws on the entire range. The Premium selection is limited to Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Hugo, Boss, DKNY, Lacoste, Gant, Armani Exchange and Diesel, for a surcharge per delivery. You choose when ordering and can change it later in your customer account.
When does the delivery arrive?
Deliveries are sent out in the middle of the month and arrive within two to three working days with Swiss Post. Orders placed by the 12th of the month are sent out that same month; later orders start the following month.

How is the underwear subscription delivered? Each month, UNDY.ch sends a flat cardboard box with Swiss Post, sized for the letterbox and with no postage costs, throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery takes two to three working days, with no minimum order value.
